Refund policy

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” herein refer to The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, and the terms “you” and “your” herein refer to you as the user of our Services in accordance with our Terms of Service.

As a charitable foundation, your purchase supports life-saving cancer research, and due to the immediate impact of your purchase, all orders are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns.

We are happy to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

Exchanges
If your item doesn’t fit and you’d like to exchange it for the same style in another size, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

• In their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached)
• Sent back in the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to ship the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
