Wil has been participating in the Ride to Conquer Cancer for over a decade. His determination to Carry The Fire was fueled by a chance meeting with a woman named Hilda who had lost her son to cancer before he was able to realize his dream of participating in the Ride. Wil rode her son’s bike that year and continues to ride in his honour, inspiring others to support cancer research and care at The Princess Margaret.
